No service provided and no refund given
I had scheduled an appointment as I was under the impression I was going to receive a mobile service and I made a down payment $75. However, after we both (the service and myself) realized the misunderstanding, I decided to cancel service as I am recovering from surgery and continue to still be in pain. I was told I was getting reimbursement and I never received a refund.. Keep in mind that there was no service done whatsoever and they continued to avoid the refund. I do believe they would have provided an excellent service based on their reviews. However, when customers cancel or change their minds, the provider should respect their choice to cancel.
