Trapped into buying refills
I agree with Jessie W. I received and was billed for a refill too soon. I called to cancel, but just received another refill and a bill for $180. I had been satisfied with the product, but the website is under construction and has never permitted contact except by Chat (they try to extend the refill period) or telephone (no answer). DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this product.
