98!!! To be exact!!!
They got all late payments off of all my student loans, and have gotten almost all the collections off my credit reports already! And my Experian went up almost a full 100 (98 to be exact) points in this last round of disputes! They got all that done in the first 2 months. I have had a positive experience with their customer service too! 😊 First of all the owner (who is “unreachable” in most companies) helped me get my plan in place on a non business day for his company. Second of all, he explained the process to me in layman’s terms so I didn’t feel as if he was talking over my head. And thirdly, Amanda has been great. She’s been responsive with a very minimal wait time for a reply and she’s answered every single question that I’ve had.
