My decision to work with eCapital Management was not something I made quickly. The quality of thinking here is genuinely impressive. Every recommendation has been well considered and properly explained. My one observation — early on I sometimes had to ask the same question twice to get a fully complete answer. Not because anyone was evasive, just because the first response occasionally left a gap. Always filled quickly when I pointed it out. Minor thing in an otherwise excellent experience
