My decision to work with eCapital Management was not something I made quickly. Before committing a meaningful amount of capital to VIP level, I spent time comparing different investment approaches and wanted to understand how the account would be managed, what strategy would be followed, and what level of support would be available.

The quality of thinking here
The quality of thinking here is genuinely impressive. Every recommendation has been well considered and properly explained. My one observation — early on I sometimes had to ask the same question twice to get a fully complete answer. Not because anyone was evasive, just because the first response occasionally left a gap. Always filled quickly when I pointed it out. Minor thing in an otherwise excellent experience
