Action Handling are my 'One Stop Shop' for all my work tools and office supplies. The service they provide is exceptionally good; fantastic really and Steve and the team always go above and beyond to assist.... I ordered a number of items for the workplace last week and I had requested that the Delivery Driver call me 10 minutes before arriving at site, due to some traffic management and driver co-ordination being required for a safe site drop off...
The Driver telephoned me exactly 10 minutes before arriving, the onsite team were able to receive the delivery safely, all items had been packaged very carefully and no sooner had all the delivery been brought inside the property when Action Handling called me to check that the items had been delivered as requested.
Top notch customer service from a company that really goes above and beyond for their customers. Many others try to make this claim, but very few actually deliver on this promise - Action Handling are definitely one to trust and use for all your business requirements. Very highly recommended!!!
