Poor service
I booked Tenancy Cleaner for an end‑of‑tenancy deep clean at £250 and the service was a complete failure. They attended twice and still left the property in an unacceptable state — dust on skirting boards and blinds, cupboards, fridge, oven, wardrobes, and sliding door tracks all neglected.
Despite clear instructions and photos provided, they claimed certain items were “not requested” even though the booking form does not allow exclusions. My letting agent’s independent inventory confirmed the property was not professionally cleaned, forcing me to waste time returning the night before tenancy to fix their mistakes myself.
Customer service was dismissive and refused to provide a refund. This was mis‑selling and poor practice. I would strongly advise others to avoid Tenancy Cleaner if you expect a genuine professional clean.
