Carl came to replace some spotlights for us. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the work. He rang ro check that the appointment was still okay the night before and accommodated our request for an early time slot. He was on time, well presented, very friendly. Clean and tidy in his work. He even added extra works into the original job, on the day. Nothing was too much effort. He was polite and the estimate did not change! He rang the next day to check everything was okay and said to ring if any problems.would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, or use him again in the future.
