Absolute Scam Concealed Scam on Ticket Refund You are given two ticket options, I selected one with prime to be able cancel my flight if my visa application get rejected, this happened and I called them to cancelation. I paid the ticket 235 GBP and I was expecting to get refunded by %80. Guess what I am told, I am eligible to get refunded 81 GBP! Because you don"t know when you are buying but your price breakdown comes with insurance for cancellation, insurance for changes and service fee, this cost almost more than flight, so this is a complete scam for me. I will write my experience at every platform to let future potential customer know, no need to accept their so called best offer of being member, in this case you may end up like me! Worst experience ever.
