Dodgy company I bought flights through Booking.com, with GoToGate as their partner and, unfortunately, the company I'm having to deal with as I attempt to get a refund after the airline cancelled our flights in early March 2026. Seven weeks have passed and I'm still out of pocket £4.4k, with GoToGate making all sorts of excuses as to why they can't yet process the refund. The fact the airline may not have credited money to GoToGate is immaterial, as I told them on the phone last week, since my transaction is not with the airline. Absolutely not to be trusted. I don't know what else I can do other then keep calling them and try to guilt them into doing the right thing and giving me my money back.
