A fun and informative experience! My husband and I took the Marie Antoinette patisserie class with Sarah and it was fantastic! Sarah was not only personable and friendly, but she was a patient and excellent instructor. She was well prepared and moved things along nicely, yet we were able to be hands on and create the most amazing desserts. We made two pastries, two candies and macarons. The final products were beautiful and delicious. This was an experience we will long and fondly remember.
