If you ever get them on the phone you’ve had a result
I think this must be the most impersonal ‘service’ I have ever had the misfortune to receive. They never answer the phone. I suspect they have been ‘working from home’ for years and the office number is just an answering machine. They email you back but don’t answer questions clearly. When they do email you with something important they either go home for the day early or go on holiday. They seem unobtainable on Fridays. I never knew where I was with my sale. The seller and their solicitor complained about duplicated queries time and time again. They were right. The sale went on so long I had to pay an extra insurance as the searches were out of date. No communication. Zero relationship. I could not even tell you what my solicitor sounded like. Avoid. I have no idea how they have a series of good reviews online.
