I have been trying to close my Fintiba blocked account after my German visa application was rejected. I have a remaining balance of €600, but I experienced repeated technical problems during the account closure process. At the final step, I received a confirmation code by email, but no field appeared to enter the code. I contacted customer support several times, but initially received the same standard instructions without a solution. The process has taken much longer than expected and caused me considerable frustration. I hope Fintiba will improve its technical process and provide more effective support to customers facing similar problems.
