Insufficient customer service
I placed my order and paid immediately via instant bank transfer. Shortly afterward, I received confirmation that the payment had been completed. Not long after that, I even received a DPD confirmation along with a tracking number. The parcel was handed over to DPD, but for several days now the shipment appears to be blocked or possibly seized.
I contacted customer service. They do respond, but they are not taking any action — they are neither initiating an investigation with DPD nor issuing a refund.
