Insufficient customer service I placed my order and paid immediately via instant bank transfer. Shortly afterward, I received confirmation that the payment had been completed. Not long after that, I even received a DPD confirmation along with a tracking number. The parcel was handed over to DPD, but for several days now the shipment appears to be blocked or possibly seized. I contacted customer service. They do respond, but they are not taking any action — they are neither initiating an investigation with DPD nor issuing a refund.

Order never delivered, no responses I placed an order and paid via bank transfer on April 1st, receiving confirmation of payment and a tracking number. However, the shipment status never updated beyond "Shipment not physically presented to PostNL" and the package never arrived. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email and WhatsApp, I received no response at all. This lack of communication and failure to deliver what was paid for is unacceptable, and I am considering a police report as a last resort.
