Avoid at all costs
In January 2022, I underwent a hair transplant procedure and also received sessions of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment. After a year, I noticed that my newly transplanted hair appeared thin and patchy, with a visible line between my old hairline and the new one. In March 2023, I received a complimentary top-up transplant to address these issues. However, as of August 2024, my hair condition has worsened compared to before the initial transplant. I now rely on hair fibers daily to conceal the gaps in my hair. The clinic said it’s because I am further receding, despite initially assuring me that additional grafts or areas like my crown were unnecessary, they do this so you’ll keep going back and paying for transplants. It has been suggested by other hair transplant experts that not enough grafts were extracted and the hair was implanted incorrectly, resulting in a hairline that sticks up even after two years. I would avoid juvida at ALL costs. I am now seeking a corrective third transplant to rectify Juvida's mistakes. They also brag on about their dense hair products, which are a pile of shite. When contacting them about this, they advise I buy more of their products and wait 6 months and book in for a check up. They have honestly ruined my hair and my confidence and I would avoid them at all costs!!!!
