Genuinely one of the more considered financial partnerships I've had. The team takes time to understand your situation before offering anything which is exactly what good advice requires. Docking one star because once I received information via email that contradicted something I'd been told in a previous conversation. Caused unnecessary confusion for a few days. Clarified quickly when I raised it but it shouldn't have happened
