Refuse to fix my refrigerator. I have been a customer since January 2023. My refrigerator is not working properly. CHW refuses to fix the fridge. CHW offers $818.00. $818 is not adequate when a similarly sized refrigerator in Costco is over $2,550. CHW refuses to fix or give me a similar-sized refrigerator with the same features (water & ice dispensation).
