I just want to say thanks, literally just over a month ago we thought the idea of buying a house was stupid due to my poor credit, then I stumbled upon your tik tok and thought, may as well call.
What’s the worse he can do? Laugh and say no.
Literally 4 weeks later, we have put a bid on a house me and my wife first saw 5 months ago which we thought had no chance of still being available, offer accepted, mortgage in principal and now a full mortgage offer.
It is really appreciated what you have done, I know it is your job and you get paid for it but thanks very much.
