Very bad experience Really bad experience. We ordered a dakapallen last year in October with this company and installation date is 3 months later. One day before installation they called with a leakage issue and delayed installation by 2 weeks which stopped the attic work in our new house with no further notice from their end. 2 weeks later the service men installed the dakappel which was supposed to be at 255cm height at 248cm and they take no responsibility of their mistake. We had plans to build a plafond at 255cm which was cancelled because of mistake of benelux and benelux offers 500 euros as representation for all the wrong measurements for which we had to hire an contractor ourselves to fix. The outside installation was crap. The dakappel had a dent on the outside and aluminum drain underneath was too small, the tiles were not layed back properly. The profile on the inside is also broken. A guy called Murat who is their service manager came to look and agreed installation was very bad. They promised to order new things and rectify 2 weeks later. We are still waiting for them to come and repair. Every appointment made is cancelled and they never call to say they are not coming. It becomes your responsibility to call and keep in check. We have never worked with another company that is this unreliable and untrustworthy. We feel completely cheated with our money. We will file a legal case documenting everything we have experienced so far to demand money back we have paid for this lousy service. 10 years guarantee is a lie please don't fall for it because they don't even turn up to repair. You will just be taken through an exhausting ride in service which will never happen. If you want to save yourself trouble and need a good reliable company who value you as a customer you are looking at the wrong company with Benelux Dakappel. Please do not go with them.
