Terrible customer service, lost my trust
After 4 years of loyal support, I am officially done with West Coast Cannabis. I recently received an order that was fundamentally the wrong product—mislabeled "Melt Hash" that lacked any of the actual physical properties of melt (didn't melt, different texture/aroma).
Despite my long history with them, their support team chose to gaslight me, claiming their "internal paperwork" was more accurate than the physical product in my hand. They refused a reshipment or refund, offering only a measly 15% discount toward another purchase.
It’s a shame to see a company value the cost of one replacement over a four-year relationship. If you're looking for a brand that stands behind their quality or respects their veteran customers, look elsewhere. WCC has officially traded their integrity for a few bucks.
Avoid if you value customer service.
You can view the pictures for yourselves. The first picture shows the correct product from previous orders. The consistency, texture, aroma and the visible looks of the product is COMPLETELY different to the most recent delivered product.
