Fantastic Service John came out to fix our gas range on a Saturday, replacing the igniter for oven and switch for the light. He was extremely knowledgeable and priced very reasonably. He was kind and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly, went to his van to get a part, and came right back to repair it. We paid him when the repair was complete. He never asked us for any money prior to the completion of the repair and gave us a reasonable quote to repair it. There is a 90-day warranty on the part. John is awesome and definitely believes in awesome customer service. We will use him and recommend him for appliance repair. Cannot say enough great things about John.
