Use "3 warranty" description to fraud people
It would actually be 0 stars if possible. I bought the necklace with the J initial surrounded by colourful stones. The necklace was cared for EXACTLY like described in the care guide. It has never been in contact with water or perfume or any type of cosmetic. However, the necklace still lost 4 stones already, ALL WHILE UNDER WARRANTY. They refuse to replace it and say it is not a manufacturing defect, although you couldn't have a more exact definition of a manufacturing defect. They basically accuse me of ruining it, instead of taking responsibility for the product they sale. It is cheap, of poor quality, and they hide behind the term "3 years warranty", which they will refuse to apply when you make your claim. Horrible customer service, deceitful and dishonest use of the warranty clause, and nothing more than frauds.
