Integration Communication was great but the follow through was less then ideal. When starting the integration it was mentioned that they delt with businesses like ours before, after a few weeks in it was clear that there was little to no experience in our field. After a month we halted any further work and instead of trying to figure out what we needed he was more focused on getting paid. After paying a good amount we have a half complete board where most of the automation are not working. I understand they need guidance but there should be some forethought into what we need.

After working closely for the first weeks of September, we reached out on Sept-26 with answers to your questions and next steps. Despite three follow-up emails and a phone call, we didn't receive a response until Oct-29, at which point you made the decision to pause the project.

Regarding the financial aspect, the invoice for September’s completed hours was issued on Oct-1, as per our agreement. As it remained unpaid for over 45 days despite multiple reminders, our focus shifted toward resolving the outstanding balance before continuing further work.

We were fully prepared to complete the monday.com configuration and achieve the results you were looking for. However, a project’s success relies on active collaboration and timely feedback. Since the project was paused on your end while milestones were still in progress, we were unable to reach the final result we originally envisioned.
