Decent experience with room for improvement
Trading conditions are good on forex majors, and weekday support is extremely responsive, typically answering within minutes. However, weekend support could use improvement as response times are notably slower. On the positive side, payouts were processed on time, which is reassuring. While there are strengths such as reliable payouts and fast weekday support, addressing the slower weekend response would make the experience more consistent.
