Deceptive airfare advertising Wish I could give it minus 5. Worst experience ever about airfare. Before booking it never informed me that I wouldn’t get the E-ticket confirmation neither the ability to manage my booking online for seat, meal, luggage and checkin online. In fact, the confirmation email stated all those valid but Agoda agent still tried to ignore that. Because of that issue, I was not able to manage my 2 flights (each for 2pax) online and purchase luggage and forces me to do so at the airport which costs much much more although the confirmation says checked bag is included but it actually is not. This deceptive airfare advertising is unacceptable. And Agoda handling is even worse that keeps ignoring the terms in the confirmation email stated, keeps ignoring to answer the questions and goes circle and circle and yet ignoring responsibility which wastes so much of my time. Don’t ever book with them again especially airfare if you don’t want to become a next victim.
