Dependable in every way
In ten years of testing different environments, this one's operational integrity stands out. The architecture is sound and the fills on the 100+ FX pairs and commodities are crisp, well under 50ms. There is no chart lag or memory drag to be found on the platform, even with a multi-screen arrangement in place for high-impact economic news. And should an account matter come up, their support staff in London are on hand to give you a straight, practical answer. I put in a disciplined quarter on the Apex tier and put in a $7,800 withdrawal request; it was wired to my checking account in two business days, no red tape or hidden fees involved.
