Rude, entitled and absolute disregard for others.
This company came to my street to do work for a neighbour. They have no regard for council regulations, they worked past 1pm on Saturday, and a second lorry showed up today, Sunday, when no noisy works are permitted, woke me up before 8am and started work around 8:30am making lots of noise in my very built up area. Yesterday when I called at the house they were working on to ask them to stop the worker was rude and told me, to paraphrase that he knew about the permitted noisy working hours but was working for a friend so he'd do what he wants. Right now I am very tired, stressed and upset by the behaviour of this company, and I have been forced to close my window on the hottest weekend of the year. I will be making a formal complaint and I am hoping like hell they don't show up tomorrow, Bank Holiday Monday, when they shouldn't be working either. The blatant disregard for others is staggering and I wouldn't hire this company.
