Customer service
Customer service can be improved by placing a greater value on their customers. The only reason I deducted two stars is because I had previously tried MMJ products and can’t deny that they offer good options and variety. However, customer support is an area that needs improvement. If that aspect were enhanced, I would definitely give them a five-star rating. I chose to focus on customer service because they tend to start addressing issues without fully considering the customer's concerns.
