James is an amazing mortgage broker – it wasn’t our first time remortgaging, but compared to our previous advisor, he was a breath of fresh air. Even though we had a mortgage offer, he managed to find us one that was over £100 per month cheaper, and he also explained, clearly, the processes involved. No wiff-waff, just facts and making it easy.
In addition to this, he helped out with reassessing our life insurance situation, with a disarming honesty, that you would not expect to find in someone working in the financial sector. He’s not in it to make as much money as he can, I feel he genuinely wants to make a difference for people, and for us, he succeeded.
