Fast Response and Consistently Professional Service Our company has used Locks and Doors Inc. on multiple occasions over the past few years, and they have become one of the contractors we keep on our preferred vendor list. What stands out is how quickly they respond when something unexpected happens. We once had an issue with a damaged entrance door that affected customer access, and their technician arrived much sooner than we expected. The problem was assessed immediately, temporary measures were put in place to secure the entrance, and the permanent repair was completed shortly afterward. In addition to emergency situations, they have helped us with lock changes, door hardware repairs, adjustments to commercial doors, and general maintenance work. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and always explain the available options before proceeding. As a facilities manager, I work with many service providers throughout the year. It is rare to find a company that is both reliable and easy to work with. The team at Locks and Doors Inc. has consistently delivered quality workmanship and dependable service. We appreciate their professionalism and look forward to continuing our partnership. Highly recommended for any commercial property or business looking for trustworthy door and security specialists.
