DEFECTIVE CONCEALER/BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought multiple Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Concealer but one of them turned out to be stale. It does not glide creamy and appears dry. This irritated my skin and itchy. I tried reaching out to Customer Service thru chat and email but received a response that after 60 days return policy no longer applies. I wanted to take advantage of a great promotion so I bought 2 of the concealer. I guess it wasn't a great deal afterall! A good concealer lasts!!! This might have been a defective batch and ECosmetics should have replaced a defective item. For this reason, I no longer wish to purchase from ecosmetics. They lost a good customer! Lesson learned. Too good to be true.
