DO NOT TRUST!!!! I rented a wheelchair for my mom for a 2 day holiday in London. I was told it would be delivered from 9am-11am. By 12pm (half my day wasted) and the company continuously telling me “30 more minutes” because of traffic… which is not my fault nor my problem. I was given a time that was not met.. I then asked for a full refund in which they told me I would be processed and contacted. A week later I asked for an update and they told me they would get one to me by the end of the day.. after waiting 6 hours for an update I decided to call and he told me that I was already being processed but they were waiting on the bank. I told him I want proof of this because I don’t trust him or the company, he then sends me a “guideline” from their website stating they won’t give refunds. This company has been an absolute headache to work with and I’ve never felt so disrespected as a paying customer.
