High and Dry
If you want representation that leaves you high and dry, Anthony of AOPTA is your guy. In our brief discovery call he was attentive and said there was a good chance we have a case. The appraiser valued the property $200,000 under purchase price. Needless to say the rest of the experience he was pretty much hands off and hiring him produced zilch. 9 working days before the hearing I found out we “don’t have a strong case”. I only found out that info because I’m the one who initiated the email to ask. He had all of my thorough docs and evidence I’d uploaded for nearly a month and no email/ reveal of the analysis. He had the nerve to send a curt email soon after he was hired stating that “frequently updating clients” detracts from the work involved. That was the last email he initiated. You’re better off representing yourself.
