Not the best experience… Must have gotten Stephano on a bad day - didn’t answer our questions, and when he was asked again specifically, he packed up his stuff and left. We prefer to deal with people who are respectful, informative, communicative and who do quality work. Luckily we found someone and for less money!

Buyers Beware! Buyers beware! Issues: A fix that lasted only for a few months Unacceptably behaviour by plumber. Lack of accountability by manager & co. We paid $400 last year to have our outdoor pipe fixed. My husband turned the outside water on this year (he turned the water off and on the same way he has done for 30+ years) to find that the pipe that was replaced burst. He phoned John the plumber and had someone come out to look at it. This plumber berated my husband that he didn’t turn the water off and on properly and the issue was his. He did this for a number of minutes in our basement and I could hear this berating on our main floor. He said he would fix it for another $400. Not quite the two year warranty that stated on this plumber’s website nor the attitude we would’ve expected to receive as a consumer. This in itself is unacceptable, let alone the fact that we paid $400 to have plumbing job done which lasted less than a year. My husband left a voice messsge with Kelly A, the manager two weeks ago, and I did the same last week to get this issue resolved. Not not even the courtesy of a call back Buyers beware.
