Do NOT use eDreams. They scam you on renewal of a "prime" service, and won't refund.
They charged my credit card $69.99 for an eDreams prime renewal without advising me, and the account was not even in my name! When I called to ask for a refund, they refused, saying they had to talk to the person whose name they think the account is in, even though they sent the notice to my email and charged my credit card. I asked to speak to a supervisor or have a call back, also refused. Extremely poor customer service. Basically a rip-off of $70! I will never use them again.
