What a lovely lady Ann is. My 1st visit for tag and mole removal. Initial consultation was thorough and Ann explained exactly what type of moles I had and the procedure for removing them. When the day arrived, on the hotest May day ever, the treatment room was cool and relaxed. Ann makes you feel at ease straight away. Hour and a half later it was all done. After lotions provided with instruction and I'm now healing lovely. Highly recommend this lady Thanks Ann xx
