Booking Taxi "free" ride When booking the hotel, I was offered free transport from JFK airport to the booked hotel. I took advantage of this offer and received a booking confirmation. Unfortunately, no one was waiting for me at the airport. I contacted the transport company and was informed that my trip had been canceled without giving a reason. The time from landing to entering the arrivals hall and looking for a driver was about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, due to the late hour, I had to use an airport taxi, which involved an additional cost. The complaint I filed did not help, Booking did not refund my costs. I do not recommend using the services of this company.
