Dishonourable Company - terrible customer service Roof light orders cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Had confirmation in writing all would be refunded. One window was, but 2nd roof light order was delivered several weeks later. Contacted to arrange collection and refund but they replied to say no order can be cancelled once placed, despite this clearly being false. Now refusing to reply to emails despite it clearly being their internal error. Stuck with a large roof light we do not need and £780 out of pocket. AVOID
