Very poor service.
Long waits on the phone to be connected.receptionist will not give you an appointment straight away - even if it is not for the same day. Had to call back and be told that I can’t see the doctor and then received a text later in the evening for a telephone appointment with the doctor for after 5 days.
Whole system doesn’t make sense and after almost 20 years with this practice it’s safe to say that this is the worst experience. Will be making a formal complaint for sure.
