Don't trust, Hidden Fees! I had my initial consult which it says in my subscription that the first consult is included. I was charged $774 for that visit. When Dr.Lane herself knew I was a self pay patient because my insurance didn't cover the meds. Dr. Lane also told me the initial consult was covered by my insurance but there was a special and the charge was only $75 for initial consultation! I was then told to make a second appointment to just see how it was going with the meds. This telehealth visit was probably about 5-8 minutes long and she again charged my Insurance $198! This is all after paying $250 for meds and paying the subscription fee! Be very careful who you choose for these services. I was NEVER told of ANY of these charges. They are sneaky and only out for money. Not only that but, once the Dr. knew I wasn't interested in the bariatric surgery and only the medicine part she barely had time to speak to me. All they want is the surgeries and the money. Stay away!
