We wanted to express our gratitude to Steve, Karen and Harry for their deep understanding and professionalism and for being there every step of the way whilst guiding and arranging the best send off for our beautiful mum, Mavis. Your acts of kindness went above and beyond and we will always be truly grateful to you all.
