Terrible service My experience with Nicky Campbell and Gunther has been very disappointing. I first approached them in September 2025 regarding a rescission of a debt review order. I was advised that the process would be straightforward, yet it took until February 2026 just to have the documents finalised. Since then, communication has been virtually non-existent. Emails are routinely ignored, and I receive no updates regarding the status of my matter. Despite the lack of progress and communication, they have had no issue continuing to collect their monthly debit order. The most frustrating part is the complete absence of client service. When you are dealing with a matter that has a significant impact on your financial future, you expect regular communication and some indication that your case is being actively managed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
