A Refreshingly Human Approach
I would like to share my very positive experience with Myco’s microdosing product.
Although my personal microdosing journey is still ongoing (so I cannot yet provide a full evaluation of the entire process), I can already confidently say that the level of service and client care has been outstanding.
From the very beginning, the communication was professional, friendly, and highly personal. The company’s director, Gian Andrea, offered me an individual consultation where he thoroughly explained the principles of microdosing, the recommended protocol, and all practical aspects of the process. What I truly appreciated was his flexibility — we had initially scheduled a time for the consultation which I unfortunately had to cancel. Despite that, he was extremely accommodating and promptly found an alternative time that worked. That level of understanding and client focus is far from common.
I would especially highlight the genuinely client-oriented approach. There is a clear sense that this is not just about selling a product, but about supporting individuals through their own process (knowing what's the nature of the product). Communication feels almost like having access to 24/7 customer support — which, at this stage, is essentially Gian himself (and he is managing it impressively well!).
Delivery to the Czech Republic was also completely smooth and hassle-free. I was able to pick up the package on the fourth day after placing the order. Everything arrived safely and discreetly packaged.
Even at this stage, I can wholeheartedly recommend Myco for their professionalism, personal approach, and genuine care for each client.
