No responsive customer service The transaction was smooth, however the delivery was lost by the courier and although I tried multiple times to email onepoundsweets I never received any acknowledgment or response. We are now over 2 weeks since the order was reported lost and I have still had no response and no delivery. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank in hope of getting a refund. Would definitely not recommend.
