The most unreliable, irresponsible, incompetent company
Without exaggeration the worst courier company. I cannot put into words how horrible their "services" are. It's just appalling. Each and every time I had the misfortune of getting home delivery (as they have a problem processing and rerouting shipments to pick up points & parcel lockers) I had to beg both the delivery people and client support to actually deliver my packages, but sometimes even that is to no avail. They don't call, they don't ring your doorbell, they don't come to your address. Even if they reach out they will just ring your phone for one second, and when you try calling them back they won't pick up. Huge waste of time and money. Tip: if you have to call them, use a different phone number than what is listed on your package, because they will never pick up if they recognize your number. Client support is mostly useless like talking to a brick wall, couriers even get offended when you ask them to actually deliver your parcel to the address that was given. If they lose or damage your parcel then good luck to you because it's clearly your fault and nobody will take responsibility or be of any assistance. Perhaps there are positive exceptions among their staff but I have yet to meet or talk to any of them. And ladies, if you have no other option but Express one home delivery, I advise you to put a male name on your address line and have a man talk on the phone for you, because their employees seem to dislike women more.
