Disgusting customer service I am appauled at the customer service. I bought a kitchen island (not cheap). As we were building the island we first noticed that we had a part missing. Phoned the company and they said to send an email. Carried on building around the missing part and then noticed we had the wrong part. Phoned again. Told to email. 2 days later I get a reply to tell me it will take 2/3 months for the missing part and my incorrect part is not incorrect. We had emails going back and forth where the company refused to acknowledge i had been given the wrong part. And if they resend me this part I will not recieve the 20% refund anymore, we'll uhm i need the part for the island to work so obviously I need the part as this is why I bought the island. We have finally recieved the parts needed. But the fact that I had to fight to explain I was given the wrong part like im some sort of idiot that doesnt know how to read instructions is horrendous customer service to say the least. I will not recommend this company purely for the way they treat their customers.
