Avoid This Service – No Response After 4 Months
After almost four months of waiting, sending multiple emails, and having nearly €600 at stake, I still have not received any response from them. To this day, there has been no update, no explanation, and no resolution.
I strongly advise against using this service. Unfortunately, I am not the only customer who has had this experience. The complete lack of communication and support is unacceptable and makes customers feel scammed after making their payment.
