Extremely poor service experience
The experience with Gotogate was extremely frustrating. When our airline canceled our return flight from Japan, the airline itself offered a free flight change. However, handling this through Gotogate turned into a nightmare. It took three months of daily phone calls and emails to complete a simple change due to poor management and unhelpful customer service. We faced conflicting information from different representatives, with no accountability or progress. The disorganization and lack of professionalism made the process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. I would strongly caution against using their services.
