CoolBoard medium, 40cm and 30cm disc's
Purchased after much research and really pleased.
Advised to get a wobble board to help strengthen ankles also lower back.
Followed the advise with the board and soon started to get the hang of it, certainly feel the benefits.
Contacted Coolboard regarding advise and found them very helpful and informative.
Recently purchased a small standard speed ball, a whole new level of challenge.
